Partner & Principal Architect

Ar. Makarand Bhat

Over two decades of experience in Architecture and Interior Design, with early foundations built under reputed architects. Co-founder of Spaceffect Architects Pvt. Ltd., he led diverse projects across educational institutes, corporate offices, banks, FMCG, and landscaping. In 2018, he co-founded Spaceffect Consultants continuing to deliver end-to-end consultancy and project management with the same core values.

Partner & Head of Interior Design

Ar. Sonali Bhat

A 1995 graduate from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Sonali built a strong foundation at esteemed firms before launching her own practice — Spaceffect Designer Homes. With 20+ years of design leadership and 100+ premium projects delivered across residential spaces, offices, hospitals, clinics, and banquets, she co-founded Spaceffect Consultants, continuing to offer Architecture, Interior Design, Turnkey Solutions, and Project Management Consultancy.
